You also get 20 AI requests per month. No time pressure, no credit card required. The idea is simple: spend enough time to actually see the value, and upgrade to Pro or Team when you need to go beyond those limits. Your data stays safe regardless.

Anytime. Upgrade mid-cycle and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next billing date. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls with a 'retention specialist.'

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We bill in AUD. If you're on an annual plan, you're billed once upfront for the full year.

If you cancel a paid plan, your account downgrades to the Free plan limits. Existing data beyond those limits moves to read-only — nothing is deleted. You can export everything (quotes, invoices, contacts, documents) as CSV or PDF at any time. If you were on the Free plan all along, your data stays as-is forever. We don't hold your data hostage.

Each AI action — generating a quote, drafting a document, transcribing a meeting, generating board layouts, summarising notes, etc. — uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Free gets 20/month (shared across all AI features), Pro gets 500/month, Team gets 2,000/month. Credits reset on your billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over. If you run out mid-month, AI features pause until the next cycle — everything else keeps working normally.

The Team plan includes up to 5 seats (including yours), with no additional per-seat cost. The cap is 5 — this plan is designed for small agencies and consultancies, not for unlimited headcount. Every team member gets their own login and full access to the shared workspace with collaboration features.

SoloSuite handles invoicing and payment collection directly via Stripe. It's not a full double-entry accounting system — think of it as the front-end of your billing. You can export invoice data to feed into your accountant's preferred tool.

Yes. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, all data encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication via Supabase Auth with support for email/password and OAuth. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.
